    From there, sessions are tailored to your project — offering focused, practical support that responds to both the creative vision and real-world constraints such as scale, budget, and resources.

  • My work is grounded in over 15 years of hands-on experience as a freelance artistic leader across a range of creative projects.

    I am currently Director Fellow at the National Theatre of Scotland, where I advocate for freelancers and stronger relationships between independent artists and institutions.

    I also bring governance and leadership experience from my time as a board member at the Young Vic Theatre.

    I bring a focused range of experience in:

    • Interdisciplinary and cross-artform projects

    • Work centred on access, inclusion, and social justice

    • Collaborations with displaced communities, disabled and neurodivergent practitioners, and trans-led work
