UK-based theatre director working across contemporary theatre and new writing, with a practice that also spans immersive performance and installation work.

DIRECTOR

Andrea is drawn to experimental forms and radical reimaginings of classics, creating work that opens new perspectives and brings audiences into unfamiliar or uncharted spaces.

She works across devised and text-based projects, collaborating closely with writers, performers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Andrea was previously an Associate Artist with Metis Arts and Paper Birds Theatre Company, and is currently Director Fellow at the National Theatre of Scotland. In 2023, she received the Genesis Future Directors Award and directed The Earthworks by Tom Morton-Smith at the Young Vic.
